I hold valid B1/B2 visa (10 year, multiple entry) and also traveled once to US on same visa from company which terminated my job, after just 1.5 months of service in 2010.
After that I got a new job, wherein I did not disclose about my experience in this company which has terminated me. Reason I gave is - I was on sabbatical leave for some personal urgencies during this 1.5 months.
Now, following is the question going on in my mind. Need help:
1. I heard new DS160 asks for previous employment history for the last 5 years -- is it true?
2. If it's true then, here is the situation --
==> I have said I was on sabbatical leave and showed a gap for my previous employment wherein actually i got terminated there
==> my current employer wants to initiate my L1 visa, wherein I need to fill the new DS160 form and disclose previous employment history --- So what should I do in this case?
