B1 Rejected twice applying L1 blanket now

My B1 rejected twice in past two months
Now im going for blanket L1 how will these rejection affect
pls give your suggestions if you hv been through this situtation

Now a days its very difficult to get a blanket L1. You have to really prove that you have some specialized knowledge (not just couple of tools), education and experience. Individual L1 may be easier than getting blanket. Now you can apply only in chennai and they have people with experience in the IT to take the interview.
