I already have an B1 multiple entry visa valid until 2019. But recently I changed my given name thru Gazette Notification. Now I want to go ahead with name change in passport. Prior to passport name change, I want to clarify whether I need to change GIVEN NAME in B1 visa too by applying newly for it? If so, what is the process and is there any chance of my B1 visa getting rejected (since lot of B1 visas are getting rejected normally now-a-days)? or Can I use the same passport without going ahead in changing the name, so that I will be permitted to travel US?Someone pls help out.
