b1 -collection from counter

hello,
my passport has this status'Your Passport is under process at U.S Embassy/Consulate.'.
can i collect it form their counter?I appeared for ivew 2 days ago (b1/hyderabad to USA)and the person said,I will get my VISA in courier..

You can't collect it from VFS counter until they have it first.

now the status is changed to'Your passport s ready for delivery by courier.You may also collect it Today from the VFS Hyderabad centre between 3 - 4 p.m.'
