I applied for a B1 Non Immigrant Visa in Dubai, but even after 4 weeks have past my visa is still under administrative processing.
I was told by the Consular Officer that it would take 4 weeks to complete the process, but still no change.
Now I'm planning to leave Dubai. I would like to know if I can re-apply for the B1 in India when the application in Dubai is under administrative processing?
How long do they take to reject the application? If they reject the application do they inform you? I cant understand what is going on and the tension is killing me.
