B1 rejected planning L1B

Hi,

My B1 has been rejected at Hyderabad consulate due to i haven't convinced visa officer that i will be back. My company planning L1B for me.during interview i have been updated like i have 2 years 3 months experience but for L1B 3 years required, is that experienced will be recorded what i said at interview? my company told like will manage for 3 years and this is my start company.

Dont think that getting L1 is very easy now. You have to apply only in Chennai and they have very experienced people with IT background now to handle blanket L1 visa to prevent misuse. You have to show very good expertise which no one else in US or some properitory tools which your company use plus education and relavent experience to get through. Also lying about you experience may have serious issue later even if you manage to get visa.
