Help needed in B1 Visa appointment

I got B1 visa under BEP program in my previous company. That visa got expired few months back.
Now I changed my job, I am applying for B1 under Non-BEP. I am planning to schedule interview appointment with Chennai consulate.

Will my case come under Visa Renewal category? and would the job change affect the outcome of the visa. Could you please clarify my questions
