Surname interchanged in B1 visa

My old passport did not have my surname.
Surname: empty
Given name: xxx yyy

However I got a B1/B2 after i entered surname as LNU:
Surname: yyy
Given name: xxx

Now i got a new passport but the names have been reversed:
surname: xxx
Given name: yyy
I am travelling next week to US will this be a problem? I hv entered US many times with the old passport. Pls help.

However I got a B1 on old passport
Surname: abc
Given name: xyz

Now i got a new passport(extended booklet)but the names have been reversed:
surname: xyz
Given name: abc

You also have similar issue. What is your suggestion on this. Looking forward your help.
