B1 Nanny Visa

Hi,

I have brought my child's nanny under B1 visa. I would like to check as our family is planning a trip back in June for 2 weeks and if its ok for the nanny to stay in the states during that period. Would be great if i can get advises..

she can stay there in the US with you as long as you go with her to the US together.

there will be problems should she enter the US before or after your entry to the US.
