Business Trip to US from UK

This is Srinivas. I completed my Masters in London and currently working for a US Company. they are planning to taking me there for an Internal meeting on business VISA. My Query is in the year 2009 i got my Student Visa rejected for twice to US, where i applied it from India.

Does this show any impact on me to get the Business Visa?? Please give me an estimated answer.
