  • (URGENT) Doubts about the Visa

    Hi Frnds,

Immihelp is the best website so for, for Visa Processing and it has every information in what we need regarding the Visa. Coming to the point I am a freelancer working as a Virtual Assistant(from home) for a client who is located in California and to be frank he just wants me to meet him and visit the company for some formal business meetings. So i have applied for the Visa and my interview is on 18th may. I have some doubts to be cleared and found this awesome website today.

    1. As i am working as a virtual assistant, will i get my Visa?

    2. Do i need to carry IT returns or bank statements? Bcoz client deposit my salary directly in my bank account through xoom.com

    3. As per my Visa consultant instructions i have mentioned the client as my business associate, so will there be a problem with this?

    4. If the VO is gonna ask how you got this job, what do you want me to answer?
like i got it from online, so and so xyz website

Note : i'm working for the same company for the past 3 years and my current salary is 80,000p/m

      1. Depends on the whim of the officer
      2. You will have to show proof of salary from this job.
      3. Since you are a freelancer working for him, how can he be a business associate?
Should have refrained from it. If you are lucky, the officer may not pay attention to it but do not
      lie during the interview.
      4.Tell the truth.

Sure Bro i can share my experience here, first sorry for replying so late bcoz i didn't notice it for a long time. They didn't ask my IT papers, Bank statements or even my invitation letter.

Just look at my conversation with the VO
