Hi,
I got my B1 Visa cancelled earlier this year with a CWOP status. This happened when I took my wife and kid along with me to get their B2 visas and in return they started asking me questions and took my passport and cancelled my visa. reason, I had returned from US on Nov mid last year and had stayed there for 2 months approx and again I was going for a stay for another 4 weeks in Jan. Listening to this they cancelled my visa saying i have been spending lot of time in US in few months. I did again go for a re-stamping last week and again I got rejected.
Would I get a B1 visa again and does it have any effects on other working visa if applied? Should I be cautious and not go for any stamping this year?
Please suggest.
Regards,
Jim
