Applying for B1 Visa

Hi Friends,

I am going to apply for B1 Visa.i have one problem.

What chances do i stand if my brother has applied for immigration on my behalf.

Pending immigrant petition is an obstacle for a B1.
But it is not impossible.
IF you have good family ties in India ( wife, kids) and you can stress on the fact
that your current visit is purely temporary and very important for your
job.
Anyway, F4 visa numbers take years to come, so the officer may consider it.
All depends on how you present it.
