Entered wrong dates for past experienced comopany

On 4 July i applied for B1 visa.
Unfortunately i entered wrong date of my previous company offer date.
other than this i entered remaining things are perfect.

I got visa interview date also, Can we change it now?? if not what i have to do..? any solution please...
i am very much scarred about it...

**** * i heard that we can cancel the appointment and rescheduled it again.. for this do i need to pay again challan or i can use same challan.

You need not pay again - you can cancel the appointment and re schedule the interview to another date.
But below are my advices for high chances of approval
Shorter trip (2 week or less)
Longer stay in your current company (more than a year)
