Travelling as a tourist through B1/B2 Visa. Senior Members/Members Please help.

I am a citizen of India residing currently in UK. I am currently holding an Indian Passport. I came to UK for onsite client work through work permit visa valid for 1 year.

I am planning to visit USA from UK during my holidays. I hold a valid US business (B1/B2) visa which I applied through my company in India to visit US for a business purpose.

Anyone please let me know whether I can travel to US from UK through this B1/B2 visa as a tourist or should I travel only for business purpose?

Please guide me what are all documents I should carry with me if I can go to USA as a tourist?

Note:
In my visa page the “"Visa Type / Class" is mentioned as "R B1/B2"

Please let me know what kind of questions I can expect@ POE when I travel through B1/B2 as a tourist. I have heard that many people have been sent back due to improper answers and improper documents.

Is it doesn’t matter from which country we are visiting to US as a tourist? I am quiet nervous because I am not travelling to US from my Home country (India) where I got the B1/B2 visa. I currently work(onsite) in UK temporarily and planned to visit the US during holidays by my B1/B2 visa.
