B1 Visa Rejected in 2012
Hi there,
I work for a company based in Hyderabad, which has its parent company is US, FL. MY B1 Visa got rejected in August 2012, visa counselor asked for a detailed business visit, which my Company nor the firm they hired for documentations didn't mention any.
Also I have F1 Rejections (Dec 2005 / APRIL 2006), does this have anything for me to get rejected in future if i reapply with all the documentations ready.
Also is there any objection for a Visa based on Salary / Designation ? ( I work for an IT Company (Technical Support Engineer))
Besides I traveled to Nz for my studies & i returned to INDIA.
Any thoughts ?
