visited countries not filled in ds-160

I have submitted an application for B1 visa. I'm not sure if i have filled in the countries last visited in past 5 years.
i have visited some countries but i have not filled it. Is it possible to correct the DS-160 or can i leave it?

I have an appointment next week.
