Hi every one I hope I can find some answers for my concerns (SITUATION) about my N 400 I applied on Feb 14 2012 got finger printed fours weeks later, amonth later I received the letter indicating that I am in line for interview but since that I did not get anything from the USCIS, I contacted them more than 5 times and I made three info passes and no one gave me the answers, nothing came out from all these attempts they take my information promise to contact me but no one did, my question is i notice people in different topics are worried about taking too long but it is taking me longer? have anyone went through what i am going through, I am thinking to hire an attorney but at this time money is tight and I am between jobs, so what do you advise me to do it has been more than 7.5 months since my application was processed. so any advice??? you have no idea how much this issue is taking a toll on my entire life.

Hi Joe
I can feel you my friend, however the only thing is to keep on trying by taking a lot of Info-pass appointments and keep on calling their toll free number, I do understand that mostly the respond will be nothing but more frustrations, but keep on trying and don't forget to keep copies of all your Info-passes and log all your calls, you never know you might need all the records.
It's very frustrating I can understand that, there are no other options but to keep on trying, wish you all the best.
