I was involved in a Car accident with another car. I didn't receive a citation for that accident even though a cop was involved during that accident. However, when I went to check the driving record at Washington State DMV office, I noticed that the Accident information shows up in my driving record.
What do I answer for the below question in the N-400 application form? Since I didn't get cited during that accident, I hope I can say NO for the below question, even though it shows up in my driving record?
