GC - Concurrent filing I-130 and I-485

Hello,

I am planning to apply GC for my mom as soon as I become a citizen (which is hopefully happening in the next couple of months)..

1. Can I do concurrent filing? I-130 and I-485 as soon as I finish the testing and interview process OR
2. DO I have to wait till I get a citizenship certificate?

Assuming that I do it as soon as I am a citizen, my mom does not have a birth certificate and my dad has passed away. She has a passport and she is with me here in the US. I looked u on the internet and got a stamped and notarized birth certificate affidavit from India on a Rs.10/ stamp paper (I told my nephew to do the affidavit on above Rs.20/ denomination.... but, you know how that goes..).

Is there anything else that I should get? Please advise.
