Part 9 N-400 Form

Hello,

I'm applying to US citizenship and have a question regarding my 12-yr old son.

He's a green card holder but spends time in Argentina (about 9 months a year). The remaining 3 months of the year he is living with me in the US. I'm divorced and his mother (my ex-wife) lives in Argentina. When asked about my son's address, how should I answer that question?

Looks like your son is going to school in Argentina and coming to the US during his breaks. Do you have custody of your son and do you list him as dependent on your tax returns?
