3 Months after fingerprints and NO letter yet

Hi All,

After 3 months of my fingerprints I haven't received any letter yet (Yellow and/or Interview). What should I do?, call the 1-800.... or schedule an Infopass?
My field USCIS office is New York City.

I think it is a good idea to call and ask about the latest status.

Next week will be 90 days, I'm guessing nyc is running behind? Maybe due to hurricane or holidays?

That's what I heard from other people who called USCIS. What I see in other forums is that many applicants are receiving the IL +/- 4 months after FP.
