Postponing Oath Ceremony - Same Day

Due to the impending blizzard here in the midwest how does one go about letting the powers that be know we won't be able to attend tomorrow and to reschedule. I know you can return the letter we received with an explanation but that is generally for something weeks in advance. I have searched high and low for a number to call but no such luck. My wife is to take the oath ceremony tomorrow 12.20.12 and any help or prior experience would be greatly appreciated.

As long as they get your letter and reason in the next week or so, you will be ok. With the blizzard, they will be expecting many people not to show up.
