Help!!US visa got rejected for my parents, can I still apply as I am US citizen now?

Hi,

We tried to apply US visa for my parents and it got rejected 4times (the last time was in 2009). Now we became US citizens, and we wanted to give one more try to file visa application for my parents, can anyone suggest any precautions that we have to take!
Not sure if anyone has experienced this kind of problem. I really appreciate your help.

Yes, they can try again. However, now that you are US citizen, it would be much harder for them to get visitors visa.
