Citizenship of my child

I am an US Citizen. Due to my nature of my work, I am living in China. I recently married with a Non-citizen and planning to have a child. I have a question.
1) Do my child become US Citizen automatically?
2) What do I need to do to update my status?
3) What do I need to do to have my child become a US Citizen?
