When I filed my application my status is still divorced after that we got married and I had my initial interview I did not declared my married status because my husband is an overstaying h2b. So when I had my oath taking my certificate status is divorce. Can I change my status and How? Am I going in trouble? Do I need a lawyer? Pls. Help! Thank you!
