info about getting married

Hi .. i would like to know some thing i m lil confused .
i hve b1b2 lives in canada as PR. visit usa 3 or 4 times for short trip .
now wants to geting married in usa to LPR .
can i marry with her in usa on b1 b2 dont have any plan soon to apply I130 or !485 .
coz still wants to say in canada 3 more years .

1.Is there any issues marry with her on b1b2, and come back on time short trip.
main QUESTION is 2.
2.Is this violation of the law to geting married (LPR) some one on b1/b2 when no plan to file I485 soon .

3.Is there any problem later reenter for short trip
any advice plzz .

The best option is to carry out marriage contract in Canada as your partner can travel to Canada with the LPR.

thankz for reply but her family and friends lives in OH they dont want to bring them up here just for a day or so ..
