Applying for Citizenship

I am applying for citizenship for my mom. She is a GC holder right now for more than 5 yrs. She is in the USA right now. My question is, during her Green card she stayed in India only once for more than 6 months due to medical problem. When she came to the US, the immigration officer never asked her anything why she stayed more than 6 months.

Now i am applying for her citizenship. Will it cause any problem if she stayed in India for more than 6 months when applying for her citizenship.
