Online renunciation form question

Hello,

I have quick question regarding renunciation form I am trying to fill out online. Since I don't have recent Indian passport available, I was suggested (from Travisa office) to put 'Unavailable', but according to the online form 'issue/expire' dates are mandatory and I am not able to continue to next step in the form. Please assist how I can continue and complete the online form.

I tried to contact w/them via Contact Us form but its throwing an error (system error)

They need to know if you have an expired or valid passport. Contact the embassy.
