N400 Spouse length of LPR less than 5 years

Couple of questions
1.) My status on LPR is more than 5 years while my wife is less than 5 years . Is she eligible to file n400 based on my length of stay on LPR status.
2.) If my spouse cannot file with me based on LPR length of status whats the best way to file hers ( wait for 5 years or something else can be leveraged)
