Question about H1 Visa Holder getting married to US Citizen

Hello --

Can anyone please help us in clarifying few below questions.

1. My fiance got Citizenship this month, and i am on H1 visa. Will i get citizenship or greencard if she apply for me right away??

2. Is she supposed to wait for 3years in order to apply for spouse GC?

3. If i apply for GC process independently, what time it is right to get married to citizen to speed up my GC Process??

Once you get married to her, she can file for your green card right away. It takes 8 to 10 months for you to get it.

90 days before 2 years are over, you will have to convert to permanent green card.

Once you had green card for 3 years and you are still married to her, you can file for citizenship.

Just based on fiance, nothing can be filed.
