After the citizenship interview, the marrige is breaking apart.

I had a n400 interview 1/16/2013 while the i751 was pending.
I went to local office to find out the status of i751 as well as n400 on 6/24/2013 with infopass.
He said my i751 was approved on 1/16/13 when i had my n400 interview and my n400 is still pending.
However, I did not get any letter or greencard in a mail.
Now, assuming the i751 is approved and waiting for n400 to be approved, i'd like to file a devorce.
It's been over 5 months after the n400 interview and i was going to hold this marrige until n 400 was apporved, but it's
hard to get along with my wife.
I 'd like to know whether or not the devorce will affect n400 approval.
