I'm relatively successful business person. I already have a functional office in the USA where I have 6 people working for me. I'm definitely going to increase the number to 12-15 in next one year. My USA based subsidiary is an LLC and Indian company is Private Limited. We are in the business of entertainment and mine is a cash positive company.
I'm planning to move to the USA for good and want to run my operation from there because anyhow I have 4-6 visits per year and Indian operation doesn't need my day to day involvement and all my meetings, presentations, business deals happen there in the USA. I didn't finish my college but that never created any hurdle for me. I'm 38 right now.
What is the easiest and the fastest process?
