I am in a process of filling N400 form and have a similar question - got a speeding ticket aroun mid 2005 and I have no information about that ticket. I got that ticket in Indianapolis during my move from Chicago to Boston in 2005 around June/July. Called up Illinois, no records - all clean.
I tried calling MDV in IN but no luck. Please advise what should I do?
Also if you can advise on the following questions would be great:
15 Have ever commited a clime or offense for which you were not arrested ? (Y/N) - I have got a speeding ticket - do I say Yes or No
16 Saying Yes for this question
17 Not sure if I need to say Yes or No
