Hello everyone,
I applied for citizenship and interview(on 19th August) went good. After that I was asked for few more evidences by the IO and said I would receive RFE by mail and send whatever was asked for in that. My online status shows an RFE was mailed on the same day i.e. 19th August but I still haven't received it yet.
I called the Customer Service # and a service request was initiated for the same. But still no response or no RFE mail yet.
Is this odd or does this happen usually? Please if anyone can let me know what can I do for my issue. I have Infopass set for next week.
