Hi im an American citizen and my husband is a GC holder
and unfortunately we have run into some financial difficulties and we have a big pile of bills and we are struggling trying to pay the bills and the question i have is , if it is possible to file bankruptcy while my husband is on GC at this moment? please any info that we can get would be greatly appreciated tks
