    Will Indian Born Son get US Citizenship if i blessed with a Baby in USA

    Hi Friends,

    I am currently staying in USA with my family[Wife & Son ] on valid i94 if L1B [expired in May 2013].
    only
    I am expecting a baby again in 2014. so

    1. will 2nd baby will get US citizenship directly ?
    2. Will my 1st son, who born in India can be a US citizen ?
    3. As i am having Approved H1B, COS from L1B to H1 and H4 to family will be problem ?
    4.Do i need to take any precautions ?

    2. No. You would have to become a citizen for that
    3. No
    4. The baby will need a visa to visit India
