Citizienship Eligibility after remarraige

Hey all ..
here is my situation I was married to my wife for 3 years then we got divorced ... after some counseling we got married again "Same person" .. the total time we been married is over 4 years but we got remarried a year ago .. so does the 3 years rule apply to me ? or should i wait for 5 years

for the removal of condition i applied as married since i was still married to her by that time.

PS:It is not a big deal for me wait another year but since it is a strange circumstance i want to know what applies to my case
