I am a 10 green card holder
It's now time for me to file for my citizenship
However a year ago I was charged with criminal trespassing but the case was dropped
Will this affect me filing for my citizenship ?

You need to obtain notarized copies of the arrest, court and dispositional records to support the correct response to the question on the N-400. If the arrest shows up on a law enforcement database check after you complete Biometrics, you will have to provide such documentation, if not already sent with N-400 application.

Fairly innocuous arrests, such as you describe, with no resulting conviction or penalty, should not be an impediment to final approval of your background check.

Ever since the incident I've been scared to travel outside the US
Would that affect my traveling ?

Arrests without convictions do not have any effect on your passport nor place you on any blacklist.

Many convictions for serious crimes do result in a court order to surrender passport, and not leave the U.S. without permissio of a judge (and temporary return of passport).
