N-652 Passed the test but waiting for a decision to be made

Hello,

Just had my N-400 interview. I passed the test but did not a the congratulations box check mark.
The IO was not happy with me being out of the country for 165 (less than 6 months) returning to the US for two weekend and leaving again for 178 days (again less than 6 months). I do lots of travel for work and family but she thought this is not specific enough.
Even so she carried with the interview and helped me with the option to fix my last name that was misspelled when I was born. She also asked for the national service registration but DID NOT ask for any taxation paper.

Does this mean I have no chance to get and approval and the ceremony oath letter?

Please help!!!!

It doesn't mean you have no chance of being approved, but they don't like seeing people making back-to-back trips of so many months. They know that you returned to the US solely for the purpose of breaking a trip that would normally be over 6 months. It all depends on why you made those trips (working abroad would be bad), and the mood of the IO and approving supervisor.
