  • Traffic Tickets

I'm gathering all the info necessary for the interview. There are 2 traffic tickets I've received, one is a speeding tickets which I played guilty and mailed the payment, and the second one was for an expired registration, for that ticket I needed to go to a court hearing, in the court hearing I plaid guilty and paid the court fee and the fine for the ticket. Now my question is, where do I get proof that I paid for these 2 tickets?

I order an abstract from DMV that gives me details about these 2 tickets but it doesn't really say that I paid for them. My husband said that on the DMV abstract it wouldn't say "status:valid" if I didn't paid for these tickets, but I don't know if he's right about it.

you donot need to provide documentation for traffic violations

    as per n-400 instructions,
"you do not need to bring documentation for traffic fines and incidents (unless alcohol or drug related) that did not involve an actual arrest if the penalty was only a fine of less than $500 or points on your driver's license."
