I'm stuck out side for years!!!

My name is fyyad
My father naturalized in 2005 , I was 14 years old also I was green card holder
now I'm out side and I can't reserve my issued certificate of citizenship...
I'm 21 now with expired* green card , my father tried to pick up my certificate from USCIS but they told him that I must appear by my self.
1-What shall I do and how I can get my certificate or issue a us passport?!
2-Can my lawyer pick it up for me?!
