Here is my case,
I am an American citizen living abroad.got naturalized after spending 4 years in USA.i got my passport and moved abroad to my husband's hometown.gave birth(2011) and stayed abroad.
Now I need to apply for my son for him to be a citizen also
The only thing is that I only spent 4 years in USA before being naturalized ..what I understood is that for my son to take the citizenship I should have stayed minimum 5years in USA before naturalization!
Does that mean my son can't take the citizenship?
Please I need every help and opinion ...
