  • Newly revised n-400

    Hi everyone,

I'm filling up online the new N-400. In questions that are not applicable to me I should type "N/A" but I am receiving error messages like " Enter Alpha, space and hyphen characters only" or "enter alpha characters only". One example is in Part 9 where since i'm single i should enter "N/A" for Legal Name of Current Spouse. It won't let me enter "N/A". Please try filling-up the new N-400 yourselves so that you will understand me more..... thanks for all your help....

If your "N/A" or "None" will not be accepted, leave the filed blank, or hand input your desired response.

Hi, thanks for your reply. In Part 9 where it is asking for Current Spouse Legal Name... Since I'm single and never been married and "N/A" is not allowed, can I type "None" instead of "N/A"?

Yes, except that you already put -0- for number of marriages, so there is no reason to answer this question at all.
