I am filling latest version of N-400 form - http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/f...form/n-400.pdf
I am a bit confused on these questions.
1. Question7 (under Part 11, page 13).
7. A. Have you ever not filed a Federal, State, or local tax return since you became a permanent resident
7. B. If "yes", did you consider yourself to be a "non-US resident"?
I am checking Part A as No, and not answering part B because it is not applicable to me. I simply writing N/A in front of Question 7 part B.
2. Same situation for
Question 17 (page 15) part A and B
Question 18 (page 15) part A and B
Question 27 (page 16) part B
I hope that mu assumptions are correct. Please let me know if you experienced this situation when filed your N-400.
