  • Fee Waiver & Affidavit of Support???

So I'm looking at I-912 as I appear to be eligible on account of our household income being below 150% of the poverty line.

Under 'Specific Information' #7 states: If someone filed I-134 or I-164 Affidavit of Support, that person may still be responsible for supporting you and may be sued for repayment of public assistance provided to you.

My husband filed both during the k1 and AOS process, so I'm curious if that will indeed affect anything if I file the I-912 with N-400, or if it would only matter if I filed i-912 due to receiving a means-tested benefit?

If the fee waiver is denied what happens with my N-400?

If your fee waiver request is denied, and it probably will be denied, your package will be rejected and returned to you for lack of a fee check.
