Hi guys, I have question regarding naturalization based on marriage-3 years rule. Husband was in prison for couple of months during 3 years. Can wife till apply and if its considered that they were together during t3 yeards.

Since there are no questions on the N-400 related to the spouse's law enforcement or prison experiences, don't worry about that. Don't volunteer any information about it, either. The rule is that continued marriage status, proof of cohabitation and commingling of financial affairs. Tax return copies, jointly filed, and lease or rental agreements, are primary evidence items that are expected.
