I have few doubts Regarding my expecting BABY birth. Please give me Information on that.

(a) If my baby born in USA apply INDIA Passport for Indian Citizenship. And After that I will return back to INDIA. And few months back if I want come back USA then my BABY will get USA VISA?

(b) If my baby get USA Citizenship. Then in INDIA for him/her schooling and higher study will be under NRI quota and need to pay huge fees?

(c) And what are the other problems my baby face in life if he/she will stay in INDIA with US Citizenship?

There are no challenges. US citizenship is the greatest gift you can give to the baby. You should get a US passport for the child

USA Born Child Indian Passport and Travel to USA Again ?

You can requisition the Indian consulate to issue a birth certificate and thereby get Indian citizenship and passport. Do not in this case get a US BC

US does not recognize minors under 18 to have relinquished citizenship if they are born here to foreign parents. You may have a problem in bring the child to US as in Indian passport they note that the child was born in the USA.
The embassy may insist that you apply US passport.

In india it is a hassle to get the child admitted etc.. The child will have a PIO only since you are indian citizenship holder. That means in india every 180 days you have to visit the nearest FRRO to get the child registered for the rest of his/her life, until the child can obtain a OCI. This will not happen until you urself become a US citizen.
The fees to all schools, colleges etc are higher and the child cannot hold any governmental posts or apply for admission based on quota. It is more of a problem for the parents throughout life.
