Not receiving fingerprint appointment

Hi All,

I will try to explain my situation below

I sent my documents to USCIS in 1/9/14, I have received that they got my docs. I have received another notice a month later that initial review is done but I should bring my passport when I go to interview. Since then , I have not heard anything from them. I called the customer service on 04/16 to find out why I have not received my fingerprint appt. and they opened a case stating my request and told me to call them in 30 days if i have not heard from them. After 15 days, I received a letter saying they receive my request and they couldn't find anything and also they sent the case to local dept. here in NJ.but I still have not heard anything yet. what should I do now? it has been more than 4 months i have not received fingerprint appt.
