Should I be living in the United States to apply for my parents?
I am a US citizen living in Saudi Arabia and would like to apply for my parents to become permanent residents.
As per the A1 document I need to fill form I-130 first.
The question is should I be living in the United States to apply for them, or having a house address is enough?
